We Remember...Larry Edwards




Larry Leon Edwards, 50, of Elizabethtown, departed on Eternal Patrol on Friday, July 9, 2004. He was born in Cooperstown, NY, on May 14, 1954. He was a Radiation Control Engineer for AmerGen’s Three Mile Island. He was a graduate of Beaver Creek High School, and received his Master’s Degree from Penn State University. He was a Navy veteran serving on the USS. John Marshall. He was an Emergency Medical Technician at Three Mile Island. He was a member of American Legion Post 329, Campbelltown; Hummelstown Field & Stream Assoc.; American Motorcyclists Assoc.; Honda Riders Club of America; and the Rescue Fireman’s Home Association, Middletown. Larry is survived by his wife of 27 years, Veronica Jean Kalaukoa Edwards whom he married on March 25, 1976; two daughters, Shereign M. Edwards of Lebanon, Tatyana L. Edwards of Elizabethtown; one step-daughter, Karol A. Roberts of Elizabethtown; his father and step-mother, Robert E. and Sheila Rhinehart Edwards of Oak Hill, OH; his mother, Dorinne Button Edwards of Oak Hill, OH; one sister, Penny R. Edwards of Wheelersburg, OH; four brothers, Douglas C. Edwards of Medora, IN, William R. Edwards of Oak Hill, OH, Jeffery H. Rhinehart of Spring Lake, NC, and Joe C. Fife of Kettering, OH; and five grandchildren, Kerry A. Brown, Veronica J. Brown and Evahna M. Edwards all of Elizabethtown, and Richard Hurst and Ethan S. Weiser both of Lebanon.
